WHAT YOU GET...

             FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

 

The first session will be 45 minutes, and it's free.  Yeah!!!  I encourage you to watch several short educational videos of ours prior to the introductory session, so you fully understand the application of warming up, flexibility, what we are doing in the gym (Triggering the Adaption Response) and the importance of proper nutrition, how it applies to the recovery/supercompensation cycle, and how poor nutrition can increase stress and inflammation slowing the recovery process dramatically.

           A.R.T. SESSION(S)

For individuals with no history of prior injury or chronic disorders, a properly conducted A.R.T. session is 30 minutes in duration. The session will include calculated warm-up sets to prep you for the vital trigger sets. We will go to complete failure of the muscles we are working and beyond. Depending on the level of conditioning and the individual's coordination/control of the movement(s), we may initially only focus on 1 or 2 exercises for the session. As you increasingly gain control of the exercises and master the form we will evetually work our way up to performing a variety of exercises in a given workout.

           PRIVATE GYM

 

What can I say, having this gym is awesome!!  I can now focus with no distractions.  Listen to the music that I want at the volume that I want.  Whatever piece of equipment that I need to use is always there ready to go.  And because I can fully let go of my ego, I can now train purely for function, safely, effectively and efficiently in the least amount of time I never thought was possible.  It really is a dream come true.  And I would like to share that dream with you.  So come join me, for the most focused and productive workout of your life.

           HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

 

HIIT (High intensity interval training) is a major and essential component of ART.  As HIT-W (High intensity weight training) addresses the entire musculoskeletal system in it's application, HIIT covers the
conditioning of the cardiovascular system in a very efficient and similar fashion.  HIIT and HIT-W work together and complement each other to take you to a whole new level of overall fitness and optimal
health.

           NUTRITION INFORMATION

 

If burning fat as your primary fuel source is your goal, then proper nutrition is the key.  Without proper nutrition, burning fat as a fuel source slows to a crawl, limiting your performance in the gym and out,
making even the simplest daily tasks a major chore...Here at ESC-T Fitness, we will take the guess work out of your approach to making the right food choices, which will inevitabily put you on the pathway to looking and feeling your absolute best in the shortest amount of time possible.

              HIKING
Once you've stoked your fat burning fitness machine through exercise and proper nutrition, burning fat becomes automatic and energy levels soar... All activities become easier, and choosing what fat burning activities are productive for increased fitness are eliminated,  because they are all effective provided they are safe...Hiking with our gang locally in the outdoors around Los Angeles, is one of the most relaxed and enjoyable fat burning activities you can do while at the same being safe and encouraged to be your best!!!...join the ESC-T Fitness team on your journey to optimal health with our bi-monthly weekend scenic hikes...you'll love it, it's free, and we would love to have you as an addition to our group...On our hikes, there is always room for more.
